Meditation on and off the Mat
Find freedom and stability, even during difficult transitions, through Zen meditation, a practice of
being still in the midst of constant change. Learn how to pay attention to thoughts, feelings, and
sensations non-judgmentally. This ability to rest in open awareness manifests well-being and
clarifies what is most important. This workshop will focus on basic meditation techniques, posture,
and breathing. Guided meditations also will be offered to help you move through obstacles with
confidence and flexibility.
